The Late JOHN KOHR of STRASBURG OHIO.

An amateur archaeologist for 80 years, one of the excavators of the RIKER Site 

Known and Respected across the country. 

 

John had assembled one of the largest Privately Owned Collections

in the State. Containing Almost every Conceivable Relic Type.

I was Honored & privileged to have been befriended by Mr. & Mrs. Kohr.

My Father Lived in Strasburg, so I was in Ohio a Few times a year to visit,

also time to relic hunt, check in with hunting Buddies, and spend days at Johns

going through boxes, frames, drawers & shelves, a once in a Lifetime opportunity.

He shared his collection, home, knowledge and friendship.

With John's help I was able to build a nice collection of fine authentic artifacts.

The Majority of the relics shown I acquired from Mr. Kohr's collection.
